From: Dave McCoy Date: 2/22/2000 3:53 AM Subject: ISAAC I found your remarkable web-site after searching for other time references on the net. What was most astounding to me was that the ISAAC display compensated for not only typical internet delays, but apparently actual signal transmission time from my ISP to my terminal. Furthermore, to the best of my ability to detect, the delay induced by conversion of electrical energy into light energy through excitation in the phosphor in my monitor display was also compensated. WE REPEAT No one has ever been able to detect any temporal deviation, however small! Clock Home |
